SportXction and Sportingbet partner in Turkey
Interactive Systems Worldwide Inc. announced this week that its
wholly owned subsidiary, Global Interactive Gaming Limited (GIG)
has expanded its agreement with SportingBet, one of the world's
largest Internet sports betting companies.
ISWI's SportXction play-by-play sports betting service was incorporated
into Spotingbet's Turkish wagering website Super Bahis.com in December
and GIG is offering wagering on the same range of sports that are
currently offered on SportingBet's other UK and international web
sites, which include: soccer, tennis, golf, cricket, rugby and snooker.
Bernard Albanese, President of ISWI, stated, "Only a
few weeks ago we added Spain, and now we can add Turkey to our growing
list of countries that also include the UK, Greece and Ireland,
where our service is available. Our multi-currency and multi-language
enhancements to the system have allowed this expansion and we will
continue to increase our coverage of international events to meet
the needs of our global partners."
