Review:
I started playing at 32Red casino because not only are they one of the few casinos left that take Western Union but because they also have the Microgaming software.
I have always said that a casino is only as good as their customer service and the customer service at this casino make it excellent in my opinion. Not only are they courteous, friendly and helpful, they are also very fast in their replies to any emails that I have sent. The longest I have ever waited for a response is maybe 30 minutes, most times I have a response in about 10-15 minutes. I also like that they have live chat on the casino web page, and the longest live chat has taken to answer is about 15 seconds.
The only downfall I can see so far with this casino is that you cannot earn loyalty points unless you are invited to be what they call a Club Rouge member. Unfortunatly I have not yet been able to find out what criteria it takes to belong to the club, I have only been told that it is not based on length of play or amount of deposits, and that they review each account monthly.
