Withdrawal's are very very slow! I made a withdrawal request and after waiting 5 day's they finally e-mailed me and asked for a picture ID(drivers license,passport,etc.) and then went ahead and returned my withdrawal back into my account,so that after getting finally verified I had to withdraw it again,making it more time or day's to wait(they state could take 5-10 business day's for pending withdrawal to be processed)And only allowed to $2000 maximum payout per week.It has now been 24 day's for me and still have not received withdrawal.Very-very Slow to pay!!!Some times very slow to reply to e-mail communication's.Also able to cash out only 40% of the bonus given up to $500 maximum.
I personally have to rate this Betroyal casino at about a 2 on a scale of five,as 25 times play through is definetly to much I like no more than 20 times playthrough tops.
