Back in the day a few years ago, this casino was rocking with it's $25 free chip and great customer service. It has been said that they are part of the virtual casino group but I don't believe that for a second. I just think they get a lot of bonus abusers and they've just about had enough of it. Who can blame them? They still have their $25 free chip and 200% initial deposit bonus and yes, they're still in business after 3 years even though many thought they wouldn't be. I have to admit though, they pay VERY VERY slot compared to say, Inetbet or BoDog. I don't know why it takes so long for them to pay but it's really unacceptable and they need to work on that. I know being a player myself, I like to get my money within 24 hours if I win. I usually re-deposit it anyway so they may as well give it to me fast so they get it back faster right? Christine Jennings is their casino manager and I heard she is a tough nut to crack but dealing with what she has, I'm sure it's been difficult. I wouldn't listen to the hype about them and I'd give them a try myself before jumping to conclusions.
