Review:
This review is not all positive of this Casino of which I have been playing with for quite sometime up until recently.Firstly they offer heaps of payment options and good sign up promotions and are part of the Vegas Partner Lounge Group of online Casinos. They do have on going Casino Promotions which are in most cases free to enter and by that I mean you do not often have to deposit money to enter as you do in some groups.They from time to time send out promotion quizes such as one of the last ones was name the name of one of the dinosaurs in Dino Might and email back a reply to be put in a draw for prizes.
This Casino is actually the one that came up second in my testing of these type of casinos in Freeplay and Real player for constant gameplay and they do keep up farly well with new games but are a liitle behind some of the microgaming casino groups.
The negative side is having emails answered and I did have a problem when i decided to go in freeplay mode to test out some new games the end of February.When I went to relog in as in Real Player again I discovered I had misssed one digit in my Real Player account number. I emailed them to help and a lot of my emails came back as SPAM. Eventually I got an email back to say they would provide me with my Real Account number, if I emailed them back with my Birthdate etc, which I did and got the SPAM again.One month later i recieved an email with the months promotions in and at the top was my Real User Account Number.This is the reason that I only gave the casino a rating of 3.Had it not been for these problems and the fact I had to wait 1 month to log back in to play for real, they would have got a 5 for sure.As I believe in being 100% honest with my reviews then I will do as there are communication problems very bad with some Casinos out there.How ever to bet fair knowing often they can be quite busy and have glitches sometimes,I think one should have a reply within 48 hours.
