Vegas Lucky, one of the relatively new additions to the Real Time Gaming stable, certainly believe in good old fashioned personal service. When you first register you will be assigned a casino host who will be your personal point of contact with the casino and will deal with any problems or queries you may have. Luckily, the only major problem I have ever had with the casino was a minor glitch with my deposits, which was solved very speedily. I was also credited a nice bonus of $100 by way of an apology.
Vegas Lucky were one of the first RTGs to introduce the six new bonus slots, the new Bonus Bingo and the new Caribbean Holdem. Unfortunately the upgrades to the software are horrendously slow, and unlike Microgaming, Playtech and Cryptologic, Real Time Gaming lack the ability to download the upgrades in the background. Subsequently, downloading the Bonus Bingo game took nearly 10 minutes ? and I am using a fast computer and a high speed connection.
On a financial note, Vegas Lucky have a minimum Neteller deposit amount of just $10, and the minimum credit card deposit is $20. Neteller deposits receive a 15% bonus on every deposit, you can use this to play any game but you need to wager 10 x your bonus and deposit on slots before you can request a cashout.
